How can I do Wechat friend verification without any friends?

You can only do the friend verification of Wechat with contact to support if you don’t have any friends in the app. There is not any trick to bypass this verification method unfortunately. So you will need to do the following:

1. Go to help center of the app: https://help.wechat.com/oshelpcenter
2. Click on feedback.
3. Select platform as Android.
4. Select your country in the region field.
5. Now, select unable to login in categories.
6. At the next field, you will need to choose Account blocked.
7. In the description field, tell your problem to WeChat staff.
8. Write your phone number.
9. Write your email address.
10. Click on submit button.

You will need to be careful in the description field though. You need to tell WeChat staff that what you are facing with the app and you need to be very descriptive while you are telling your problem with the application. You shouldn’t also change the setting in “Prefer Being Contacted by Email”. If you ever select Wechat for this, your WeChat friend verification problem won’t be resolved because staff won’t able to reach you.

Wechat doesn’t answer questions and support requests very soon which is written in English language. However if you know Chines, you are going to get a better response from them as soon as possible. So if you have any Chinese friend, you can tell him to contact with those guys for you. This will make things faster for you.

I believe if you contact them with Chinese language, they are going to respond you in 1-5 days. However if you contact them in English language, this can take days. You can even find friends who can activate your account while you are waiting.

Since you are writing to Appiel, I assume you have an Android phone. However if you are using iPhone, you will need to select iPhone at step 3. This is very important to provide correct information. So you also need to fill region and category part correctly. Especially I recommend you to use an active mail for the contact field.
