I am very pleased to use this messenger really. It is far better than WhatsApp and WeChat. However the application keeps sending me notifications that I have unread messages. There is no message to read at all. How to fix this problem?

I had the same problem with LINE. I think this is not a bug or glitch. LINE is promoting itself with those notifications. They are trying to get you into the application for being more active. Active users means a lot for applications on Play Store. I don’t think this is right way to attract users though. Finally I uninstalled the application and began to talk with my friends in another app.
