I am having this this problem about a week. Message previews are not appearing on locked screen. I have tried to check a few settings but couldn’t find any details about it. How can I setup the application for this? I want message previews to show up on locked screen.
Thank you for the question Ithaqua. There can be several reason of this if message previews doesn’t show up on the lock screen. You will need to take a look at your phone’s lock screen setup first. However if you already get notifications on lock screen from other apps, no need that. Additionally, you will need to check settings of Line on your phone. Go to Apps > Settings > Apps > Line and check if there is any feature which will help you to show message previews on lock screen.
Additionally looking at the settings of the app will be also good. However this problems can be occur after updates too. If you had this problem after an update of LINE, we recommend you to submit a bug report. While you are submitting a bug report, please don’t forget to mention about your Android version and your phone brand. This will make things easier for LINE developers. They will fix the problem as soon as possible.
