I am also from Oradea, Romania. I need to activate my WeChat account as well. Unfortunately I don’t know why did it happen? However I was using this for contacting some companies in China. We couldn’t also find any alternative ways to contact those companies. I am sending SMS them and it is really expensive. If someone from Romania or China Mainland can help me for this, I will be happy.
