Can you synchronize passwords in your LastPass database with Dropbox? If so, can anyone tell me how? Or is it not possible to do this?

Yes you can snyc lastpass database with your dropbox account. There are two ways to do it. One of those needed a premium account from lastpass. Otherwise it is not going to work for you since you won’t able to use that service.
1st way is without premium. This is going to be manual at all. You will need to export your lastpass database and import it to dropbox account manually. This is going to be free way but I know this is not truly sync. Still good option if you would like to keep your lastpass database in safe. I recommend you to do that if you don’t have the premium option on the website.
2nd ways is working with premium account. There is a browser application of LastPass. You can download it and make it synced with your dropbox account easily. This is much easier than the 1st way. However this will cost to you since you will need to be a premium member to use this solution. This will not cost much though. You can check the pricing options of Lastpass. This option is also very good to keep your database in secure.
You will need to do it manually. Login to your LastPass account and then click onto three dot menu (…). Then click onto more options > Advanced > Export > LastPass CSV File.
Then login to your dropbox and upload the lastpass database to your Dropbox account.
That’s it.
You can do it manually as far as I know but it is not possible to make it automatically. There can be some additional tools or apps which can help you about this though.
It would be cool if we can find a way to make it automatic
