I am having trouble with a feature of Telegram and I need to contact to the support of the application. How can I do that?

After you visit the address, you will need to fill all required blanks. Thankfully Telegram is not asking much information for the support. However it doesn’t mean that you can get support without giving important details. Especially the first field “Please describe your problem:” is very important part for you. You will need to write the problem cleanly there. I also recommend you to type what device you are using and what OS version you have on that device. That will be helpful for Telegram device. So your problem can be fixed as soon as possible or you can get a fix with the new update.
Other two important fields are email and phone numbers. You will need to enter a valid email address to the Your email section. If Telegram can’t connect you through the messenger, they will use the email. However if you don’t use a valid email address on your request, things will be harder for you and you won’t able to get a support.
Phone number is also needed for staff to understand what kind of difficulties you have on your device. So don’t also forget to provide a valid phone number on that section too.
You can also send a mail to Telegram support. There is an email support service of the application. You need to login to your email address and send the mail to [email protected]. However while you are sending a message to support services, you should give detailed information about the error you faced on app. Otherwise you will not receive any good support answer. Don’t also forget to mention about your operating system and phone brand you use.
You can find the Telegram support details on the telegram’s official application page on Play Store. You can see the support options on the picture. Just go to the page of the app and swipe down until you see the support email.
They are not responsive much as the support. I have contacted them several times but didn’t get any reply. However there are some helpful user communities as well as Appiel. You can find them on Google. Some of those people are developers and they will help you about your inquiries and questions.

I actually don’t have any idea when do they answer support mails. Better if you ask it through clicking on Ask a Question button. There will be people who will answer you.

They are hardly answering support requests. I agree that support forums or reddit sub is helping more than Telegram support.
They have answered me and fixed my problem fast enough. The best way to get in touch with them is through filling the form in official website.
I have contacted Telegram and that didn’t take too much time as you have mentioned here.
