I am in zambia, using Airtel for my internet services. I am unable to receive the verification code. My account was blocked and in the process of unblocking it, I don’t not receive the verification code. I have tried to register a new number but I m facing the same problem. Your positive feedback will be appreciated

If you have any budget for WeChat, you can try it to resolve the issue. I like the amazon idea much.
If you can’t receive SMS code on WeChat, you will need to call your service provider first and ask them if they have blocked any message from China or abroad. If they did, please ask them to remove the block. If you can’t receive the code yet even you unblocked the messages, you will need to contact WeChat.
