However it doesn’t mean that you can get support without giving important details. Especially the first field “Please describe your problem:” is very important part for you. You will need to write the problem cleanly there. I also recommend you to type what device you are using and what OS version you have on that device. That will be helpful for Telegram device. So your problem can be fixed as soon as possible or you can get a fix with the new update.

    Other two important fields are email and phone numbers. You will need to enter a valid email address to the Your email section.     I had a similar problem with Telegram messenger recently. I have lost a channel that I created in the past. However I couldn’t get any response for my support requests. Telegram is not very support friendly application. There is not any reverse if you ever do a mistake on the application. It seems the channel is already gone. As same as many other suggestions on here, you will need to create a new and similar channel.

    I had this problem several times in my Huawei Y7 and I am a little bit experienced for this issue. The first reason of this is outdated version of Puffin browser. If you don’t know if it is outdated or not. Just visit the page of puffin browser on Play Store. If you see an update button there, it means it is time to update.

    As same as Aikido told, this can be also happen if you skip ads on Puffin. Puffin asks you to watch a video ad for one time. There won’t be an extra request. If you watch the video ad, the flash is going to run on the browser. If you skip it, flash won’t work on websites. You won’t also able to connect to strangers through Omegle too.

    Ensure that you have opened Omegle with desktop view mode of the application. Otherwise, you will go on to use Puffin as same as a mobile browser.
