I want to use my WhatsApp account from two different phones at the same time. I just want to use a single account and I want to use this account from different devices at the same time. I don’t want to use it that way, however I can get a second user. Is it possible?

Yes, you can actually use WhatsApp in both phones but this is not available for application. Applications are just for one phone number. However if you have two devices, you can do the following.
I recommend Puffin browser application for this. You can get Puffin Browser from here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cloudmosa.puffinFree&hl=en
You need to download the application for your second device which you want to run WhatsApp messenger.
After you download the app, enable webview on it. Then go to web.whatsapp.com. You will see the scan qr code with your other phone. That is the only way to use the application. You are not going to have any problem with this since it will work as web browser at all.
You can also do this with your Chrome app too. You will need to run Chrome application on your other phone and you need to enter web.whatsapp.com address. Then you will need to do things as same as Annie told.
I believe you can’t do that. Maybe with a third party application but WhatsApp is banning those accounts at the moment. So I don’t recommend this at all.
