WeChat contact email is [email protected].
Actually it is very easy to find WeChat support email account on the application page. All you need to do is going to the WeChat page on Play Store and swipe down until you reach the bottom. You will see the email address there.

Actually they haven’t disabled the support page at all. I just managed to get inside to support and feedback page of WeChat. Maybe you had a trouble while you are going into the feedback page.
