I was also using WhatsApp Business. Actually this is not providing any good for improving business. A live chat on your business website can be more useful for you. You can talk to your customers or potential customers through that. I have tried WhatsApp Business but people are not generally prefer to contact in that way. They don’t want you to see their phone numbers first. Sometimes they don’t even get disturbed and they believe that you can disturb them through the WhatsApp.
I know this is a little bit strange but I get better results with the live chat on my business website. I recommend you to use it. Especially Tawkto is flexible and good one to contact new people.
I can’t say WhatsApp is very bad at official talks though. There are positives of this of course.
Firstly you can create a business profile for yourself with the application and it will make you somewhat a trustworthy business for some customers.
You will able to quick reply to your customers with smart messaging tool of the app. However some of my business owner friends have failed to use this service. You should be careful on that.
These things are good for your business? I don’t think that it is an effective way to improve your business.
I believe WhatsApp Business is not very good for improving your business. It is just good for communicate with business partners which you have already created good relations. I believe companies can use this feature as premium support.
