Hello Guruha,
Basic ways to fix this problem (please don’t forget to get backup of your WhatsApp messenger first),
– Reinstall application.
– Clean data and cache.
If you are at abroad and if you are using data roaming, please try find a wifi connection instead. Data roaming connections can be slow at times. Especially first days of your travel to abroad. If you have any wifi connection around, try use it while you call your friends, parents.
If you are not at abroad, you will need to check your connections first. If you are sure about your APN (Access Point Names) are correct, you will need to find alternative connections as same as we mentioned above. How you will check your Access Point Names? Do the following…
– Go settings of your phone/tablet.
– Tap Connections.
– Tap Mobile Networks.
– Select Access Point Names.
– Check if they are correct for you.
– Go back.
– Select Network operators.
– Search for Network operator.
– See if your network operator is available.
This can also happen because of slow internet connection, you can check your internet speed with some speed testing websites.
