WhatsApp doesn’t show who is calling when phone is locked. I don’t know what is happening. It was working very good a few days ago. Why it doesn’t show who is calling? Do you know how to fix this problem?

WhatsApp doesn’t show who is calling when phone is locked. I don’t know what is happening. It was working very good a few days ago. Why it doesn’t show who is calling? Do you know how to fix this problem?
This problem occured at the recent update of Whatsapp. It is a known bug.
You will need to delete the application and install it to your phone again for this. To remove the application you will need to tap and hold onto the application icon first. Release your finger when a small menu appeared on the icon. Select uninstall and ensure that application has been removed your phone. Tap onto Google Play Store application on your phone, search for WhatsApp and install it to your device. That’s all. If you have important conversations on your phone, don’t forget to backup.
