Why am I getting “your account has been locked due to unusual registration” error on WeChat?

I just created a wechat account with my real phone number in Canada at my work place due to my job’s requirement. After I have added my boss as a first and only friend. I have not touched the account for a few days until today. I try to login and it says “your account has been locked due to unusual registration. I try follow all of the next step to unlock it. At first I mistaken a help friend’s wechat account with myself and gave it my own wechat number a few times. After that, I realised that I got it wrong and gave it my boss’ wechat account (the only one I know using wechat) and it still didn’t work. I am very frustrated as I really need it for my job and cannot afford to have a different phone number for another account. please help!
