BBM freezes up after the update, what should I do?

I updated BBM and now it freezes up. I have tried to clear cache and data but it didn’t help me. Any solutions to fix this problem please?

      If BBM is freezes up after the application, you will need to reinstall it again. It means you will need to remove the application from your phone and download it from Play Store again. After reinstalling the application, if you are still getting the same problem, the best thing you will do is installing older version of the app. You can find older versions from APK websites. APK Pure is very good on that. Don’t forget to scan the file that you downloaded to your device. APK Pure is safe but you can always meet with other troubles on the application. So that will be better for you to scan those files carefully first. If you feel it is safe, install it to your device.

      This is one of those other update troubles. Additional to what Ilina told you, I would also remove all application that I don’t use on the phone and ensure that there is not any application which is not running at background. (Except important ones) If there are too much applications which are running background, that will crash and freeze other apps that you want to run on your Android phones.

      Clearing cache and data doesn’t help always. I recommend you to check application page on Play Store and see reviews. If there are similar problems on the application, it means there is a glitch. When there is a glitch with the application, it is very hard to fix it. You will need to wait devs to update the application then.
