I can record voice calls from the line. However, I don’t know how to record audio and video calls from applications like WhatsApp. Can I do that?

Yeah, you can use an application which will record your conversations automatically on your device. You can use Cube Call recorder on your Android device. It is free to install and free to use. The best option of this application, if you manage to proper setup, it will record your calls automatically. You can also record calls from only people that you select from your list. If you want to record call but don’t want to do it for a few people, you can make some exceptions. There is an exception list feature that you can use. So you can do it for everyone except a few people that you don’t want to save on your device.
Another awesome feature of the application… It is allowing you to backup your conversations to the Google Cloud. So you will able to reach your records anywhere and any location. You will able to secure them through backup feature of the app. The application doesn’t work only in Android phones. It also works on Android tablets too.

You can record calls on WhatsApp but it can be complicated a little bit. You can find some guidelines about the applications. This is one of those good apps on here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.media.callrecorder I recommend you to try it.
