I was using my tiktok account with no problem but i uninstalled the application to make more free space on my phone 2 weeks ago. I want to use it again now but it says there’s no such an account connected with this email address. Im 100 percent sure that I am using correct email address. I have only one email address anyway. Can someone help me to solve the problem?
Hi , you need to contact with Tiktok customer service. You can do it by following these steps below,
1- Tap the profile tab to go on login screen
2- Tap the “?” button on the left corner.
Then explain your issue with detailed informations.
