I just recently use this application for talk to my girlfriend who lives another country. Well, she is not using WhatsApp unfortunately. Somehow two days later I started to use this app, i figured that out. I can’t receive some messages on KakaoTalk. Anyone know how to fix this problem? I will appreciate any help really.
Hi , i think that i have found the solution!
Actually you have to receive a message from someone that isnt already added as your friend in the app. So try to delete your friend in the app and ask him to send you a message ! It worked for me
This problem is very complicated and I have seen that many people complaining about this. I also had the same problem. I believe this problem is happening because of slow internet connection. WhatsApp is delaying messages in slow connection/no connection situations. However it seems KakaoTalk is not delaying the message at all. It doesn’t deliver the message. My recommendation to you is using the app when you have good connection only.
Thank you for the answer. Actually I have considered this issue before and tried to use the application when I close to my router and wifi about 2-3 hours in a few days. The same thing happened. I don’t think this is because of slow internet connection.
