How can I do Help Friend Log In on WeChat?

I need to help a friend for verification. There are Help Friend Log In steps on the application. How can I do that?

      If you even eligible to activate an account, it is not working at times. One of my friends had the similar problem. I managed to learn about Help Friend Log in section of this Android app. However the result was disappointing for my and friend side. I had Wechat pay service, my account is two years old, I am even in the same city with my friend but nothing happened. Wechat told me my account is not eligible about WeChat friend login. 4 weeks later, another friend asked me to do it and I could manage to activate his account.

      Your friend can also generate a QR Code for this situation. Ask your friend to send a QR code for verification to you. He can generate it through WeChat’s verification warning page. After he send the QR, scan it and follow instructions.

      It seems you have already found where is friend log in steps located. However I am still going to tell it for those who doesn’t know it.

      You need to run WeChat and then tap on Chats. You will see an Account tab at the bottom of the screen. Click on that and tap Help Friend Log In on the menu.

      You will see if you have reached a request there. If there is a request, Wechat will ask you to be a referrer of an account. If you accept it, you can’t do this service 3 months. You will need to be eligible to do it. The person who needs to be confirmed has to be in same country with you or you need to be from China mainland. Your account should be active more than a year. You need to have a WeChat Pay account.
