You will need to go through OS help center of WeChat and then click on the feedback option on the website. This will connect you to support page.
Unfortunately support page of WeChat no longer exists. So it is closed at the moment. You will need to contact to Wechat through their email address. This is how you can contact them for an issue with the app. I believe the app got too many complaints through feedback service and they gave up to provide feedback service to their users. Especially recent verification incidents made them quite tired. I am not sure but maybe they have blocked half of their users. I managed to get into Wechat with purchasing another phone number. 😀
