I’m so pissed. As of today it just freezes as soon as you attempt to open a photo. Clearing the cache and/or reinstalling the app doesn’t work. I even tried throwing a brand new micro SD into my phone…NOTHING. 😡👎😡 I have a photo shoot this weekend; guess I’ll be shooting on my Canon exclusively since this stupid bug makes it all but impossible to edit pics the way I want them edited on my phone. Thanks for nothing Google. 👎🤬🤬🤬🤬👎
You should try to reinstall it but you should use an uninstaller tool instead of default uninstaller. I can recommend Revo Uninstaller for this job. It can clean everything related Snapseed application such as config and junk files.
