I have requested support from Telegram due to a technical problem in my device which other people don’t face it at all. However I am not getting any response from them. Have you ever send an email to Telegram and when did you get answer? Or there is any average time that they answer those questions.
They are generally answering support mails in a few days if they think that it worth to answer. Otherwise if you mention about common bugs, they can ignore you or you can get an automated answer from Telegram.
Telegram’s mail support is generally answering questions very late or they are ignoring your support requests. They are updating the application if there is any bug on it. Generally applications which have millions of downloads don’t respond user questions. They are even hardly response questions of people. So don’t expect much from the app devs. You can wait for the next update, if you ever have any problem with the app.
