I am keeping getting this error on WeChat. I am from Hong Kong! It says “you must add a mainland China bank card”. It is very nonsense really. I don’t know how to fix this problem. Can you help me for this issue please.
The complete WeChat error notification is: According to local regulations, you must add a mainland China bank card to complete your identity information in order to continue using WeChat Pay.
Please help me guys. I need your assistance.
I don’t think you can fix this problem and I hope you don’t have money on your account. My friend had the similar problem last year and he couldn’t resolve the problem. It is not much but he had $50 on his account and he couldn’t retrieve it back.
Are you sure that, there is no solution for this.
As far as I know this is a comment problem in WeChat. You haven’t much to do for fix this problem. Click on complete now button on the picture. Enter your foreign credit card and fix the problem.

Strange! I am got the same problem today but adding my card from Luzembourg fixed it.
